We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Car, American Express and PayPal. We also offer financing plans through AFFIRM.com which is only available in the checkout process. Credit card gift cards are not accepted as a payment method.

How do I get parts for my ladder?
To order parts please contact Customer Service at 1-800-542-9464 (M-F 8 AM to 6 PM MST). We do not currently offer parts on the Little Giant Ladder site.
Are the products available at the time of purchase?
Our warehouses are continuously filled to ensure availability on all of our products. Occasionally we do come across short term backorders but we do our best to ensure that your order is shipped and received in the allotted time per payment plan. If you have any concerns about availability please contact our Customer Service Department to verify.
Do you have any coupon codes?
From time to time Little Giant makes special offers available through various media outlets. If you receive a discount code from one of these promotions you can redeem your code on our website during the checkout process.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
No, we do not ship to PO Boxes. We only ship to physical addresses.
Do you ship to my location?
Free shipping is only available on orders within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Call customer service at 1-855-254-6266 to arrange special shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. We are unable to drop ship to Canada or Mexico.
How do I know when my order has shipped?
Most products are shipped parcel via FedEx Ground. On qualifying items, you will receive an email directly from FedEx when you order has been shipped along with a tracking number. Oversizes products are shipped LTL freight. This includes the following ladders: Skyscraper, Hyperlite, Hyperlite Sumo, and Cage.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping and manufacturing delays due to COVID-19 (Learn More) Depending on your location in the United States, it can take anywhere from 4-7 business days to be delivered for parcel orders. Freight based orders typically take between 7-11 days. Orders for the east coast generally take longer to arrive than orders for the west coast.
I only received one box. Where are my other items?
It is not uncommon for some of the boxes to get separated during shipping so please allow 2-3 business days between deliveries. If you have not received all of your items within that time frame please contact our Customer Service at 1-855-254-6266.
Is everything shipped in one box or are the items shipped separately?
Your ladder and one work platform will be shipped in the same box. Any additional items will arrive in separate boxes.

What company do you use for shipping?
We use FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery for our parcel shipments. The SkyScaper, and other oversized commercial products, are delivered via a freight trucking company who is selected based on your geographic location.

When FedEx delivers my packages do I need to sign for it? Will they just be left at my door?
With the exception of freight items, you will not be required to sign for your packages. FedEx will leave your packages in a secure location.
Why is it taking so long for me to receive my order?
If you have not received your ladder within 20 business days, please contact our Customer Service Department to research your account.
Why is such an expensive item just left at my door? Why don't you require a signature?
FedEx is a driver discretionary company. FedEx's drivers are from your local community and if they feel the neighborhood is safe, they will leave your package for you in a secure location. If they do not feel the neighborhood is safe, they will make three attempts to obtain a signature from you before returning the product back to us. We do not want to inconvenience our customers by requiring them to be present in the middle of the day (while they're usually at work) to sign for their packages.

Do I need two ladders to use the Little Giant Plank?
No, you do not. Since one Little Giant Ladder System pulls apart to form two scaffold trestles, you can add the Little Giant Work Plank (sold separately) to form a convenient scaffolding system.

When the Little Giant Ladder Work Plank is inserted correctly on the second rung from the top, subtract one and one half feet from the size of the plank you have and that will give you your working space.

What if I don't like the ladder, can I return it?
LittleGiantOutlet.com offers a 30-Day return policy on all products. If you decide the Little Giant Ladder System or any accessories are not for you, please contact our customer service department at 1-855-254-6266 to receive a return merchandise authorization number. Your product will need to be returned in new condition, packaged securely in a box. You are responsible for all freight charges back to Little Giant. Once the ladder is received and inspected, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued within 10 working days.
